Senior Programme Manager

Overview:

This position is for a senior programme manager with experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for several complex projects/programmes, which range across a diverse range of sectors/markets.

The Role:

• Assume overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of a project.
• Define project scopes while ensuring successful delivery on time & within budget.
• Require excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, & multi-tasking skills.
• Lead & promote continuous improvements throughout projects.
• Manage project risks, utilising team members in mitigation techniques

Requirements:

• 5 years of director programme manager experience, or 8 years of project management with evidence of direct management of several large teams/complex projects.
• Excellent understanding of ERP / Technology project management principles.
• PMP or Prince2 qualification required. Additional certifications are advantageous.
• Proven stakeholder management experience, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
