My client, an innovator in the AI and Automation space, is looking for a seasoned Software Engineering Manager with expertise in leading talented and diverse software development teams to develop a suite of web applications in Python and React.
Software Engineering Manager - Key Responsibilities:
You will guide a team of software developers to build and maintain an innovative suite of applications, primarily using Python and React, while working with a Product team to scope out new features, design high-level Architecture, and liaise with clients to discuss requirements and improvements in the technology. You will have the opportunity to remain hands-on and grow your technical skillset, while growing into a senior leadership role within this exciting and growing business.
Software Engineering Manager - Required Experience:
- 4+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead, leading a Software Development team.
- 10+ years working in Software Development, with 5+ years in Python.
- Solid exposure to Database technologies, ideally in Postgres.
- Solid experience in the Full Stack, with coverage of React.
- Strong experience in Stakeholder Management, and meeting clients.
- AWS experience is advantageous.
