This is a global supply chain software company that sells into multiple markets: retail, oil/gas, manufacturing, healthcare, digital media, finance and more. With their AI technology, they can give clients insight into enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing internal processes. Selling into Fortune 500 companies, this will be a great chance for those who would like to take on bigger deals, work within a multi-solution company, and be a full sales cycle Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts within their territory based on the location of the Account Executive.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling supply chain solutions to your target accounts.
  • Manage a full sales cycle from prospect to close. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations with your assigned Sales Engineer.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and communication.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients on best practices in supply chain management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of full sales cycle experience within a supply chain software company OR B2B software sales. 
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within supply chain or related software.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
  • Understanding or background working within another AI software company. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the year across the country to trade shows, conferences, and client sites as needed. 
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite: Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and other tools.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Compensation: 

  • 50/50 split. On Target Earnings (OTE) = 160,000K to 200,000K
