Lead Solutions Architect

Our client is a market leader in the Digital Banking space who is looking for a Lead Solutions Architect. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development and delivery of digital banking solutions
• Develop the strategy and roadmap to evolve the digital banking channels, technologies, and processes
• Lead and grow a team of experienced Solutions Architects
• Design and evolve the technology architecture to support the continuous transformation of their Digital Domain
• Management of the Solutions Architecture team 
• Own the development of the Digital Domain and its associated architecture and product suite
• Develop solutions that are not only technically innovative but also meet quality standards in terms of compliance, scalability, reliability, and security

Requirements:

• Subject matter expertise in digital banking and architecture
• Knowledge and experience in digital channel development languages, frameworks and integration patterns cross browser, web, mobile and social media channels
• Experience delivering product-led digital solutions across the above self-service channels
• Track record in the delivery of customer and operational analysis within digital banking, including tracking benefits realisation and guide future strategy
• Experience in the delivery of online banking solutions, including customer authentication and Open Banking API developments
• Strong Stakeholder Management
• Experience developing architecture and strategy in align with compliance and governance requirements
