Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a desire to work alongside a dynamic team in one of Ireland's most innovative, up-and-coming companies.
The candidate will have the opportunity to work with mid-to-large sized projects, involving innovative tech, ranging across a diverse range of industries. Responsibilities:
- Ability to successfully foster positive relationships both internally (senior staff) and externally (relevant stakeholders)
- Multitasking
- Experienced in Agile methodology
- Ability to work in a team-based, collaborative environment
- Successfully work alongside other teams within the organisation to enhance project delivery
- An individual who is prone to making data-driven decisions
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, adapting strategies where required, assuring quality standards remain high
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement - being adaptable to feedback received
Essential Criteria:
- 5+ years experience in a similar Project Manager role
- Previous experience in manufacturing industry
- Proven experience across full project life cycles - implementation to delivery
- Recognised Project Management certification is advantageous
- Exposure to Internet of Things / Industry 4.0 / AI is desirable
