HRIS Specialist (Workday)

We are seeking to hire an experienced HRIS Specialist with strong Workday configuration experience on behalf of our client in Dublin. This position will involve leading Workday configuration projects from initiation to completion to ensure that the latest Workday features are utilised within the business.

Duties:

• Maintaining and enhancing configurations on Workday functional areas
• Leading configuration projects from initiation to completion
• Playing a key role in developing solutions that improve how the business works
• Performing route cause analysis, troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather their requirements and translate them into Workday solutions

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years HRIS experience, with a particular focus on Workday configurations
• Strong experience across the various Workday functional areas including Performance & Talent, HCM, Recruiting, Absence and Benefits
• Good knowledge of Workday security protocols
