My client in Dublin is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team at the beginning of a multi-year transformation program. They need someone with strong experience in WFM or Quality Management.

Requirements

• 7+ Years Experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong WFM or QM Experience
• Strong experience with Contact Centre transformations
• Excellent Communication
• Agile Experience preferred
