Client:

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager who desires to work alongside a dynamic team in one of Ireland's most prominent companies. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with mid-to-large sized projects, involving innovative tech, ranging across a diverse range of industries.

Role Involvements:

• Ability to successfully foster positive relationships both internally (senior staff) and externally (relevant stakeholders)
• A strong level of multitasking skills
• An ability to work simultaneously with several methodologies including, but not limited to, agile/waterfall/scrum
• Successfully work alongside other teams within the organisation to enhance project delivery
• An individual who is prone to making data-driven decisions
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, adapting strategies where required, and assuring quality standards remain high
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement - being adaptable to feedback received

Essential Applicant Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar Project Manager role
• Previous experience in pharma and/or manufacturing industry
• Proven experience across full project life cycles - implementation to delivery
• Recognised Project Management certification is advantageous
• Willingness to be in the office when required (typically 2-3 days per week)
