My client is looking for a seasoned Software Engineering Manager with solid experience leading multiple cross-functional teams to develop a host of cloud-based systems and web-based applications. You will be responsible for driving a culture of innovation and creating a high-performance team.

Software Engineering Manager - Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple software development teams to deliver projects to budget, time, and quality standards expected.
• Performance management of team members includes career growth and personal development.
• Product release planning and management.
• Effectively manage technical and business-level stakeholders.

Software Engineering Manager - Essential Experience:

• 8+ years of experience of hands-on development.
• 2+ years as a Software Engineering Manager.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with wider Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Support and Senior Management teams/stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks.
• Exposure to Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Successful track record of leading teams to produce high-quality software projects on time, and to budget.
