Senior IT Business Analyst

About the Client:

My client, a leading organisation within the sports and entertainment industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Analyst to join their dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the efficient management of day-to-day operations while driving the organisation's strategic goals

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and map business processes for improvement
• Manage project scope, user requirements, and produce essential project documentation
• Oversee test plans, UAT, and ensure successful project delivery using Prince 2 or Agile methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage change, risks, and business impacts
• Develop training plans and support solution implementation, including go-live
• Research and implement solutions that meet business needs while maintaining cost efficiency and timelines

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
• 5+ years' direct Business Analyst experience
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
