Role:
The successful candidate will integrate themselves to become a valued member within our client's business consulting team. The Change Manager will be instrumental in driving our client's change initiatives, focusing on the operational aspects such as business processes and organisational structures. They will plan and oversee change efforts to ensure projects meet their objectives by enhancing adoption and usage, ultimately maximising benefits and achieving the desired outcomes for our client.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement structured change management approaches to guide projects
- Analyse the impact of change and create tailored strategies
- Engage stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and organisational readiness
- Collaborate with project teams to meet client goals and maintain strong client relationships
- Support business development and mentor junior team members
Essential Criteria:
- 5+ years direct experience in a change management position
- Change management certification, CCMP, or equivalent
- Project Management certification, PMP / Prince2, desirable
- Previous career experience in consulting
- Sound acumen of change management principles/methodologies
- Experience within any of: healthcare, public sector, or life sciences
- Ability to foster and maintain stakeholder relationships, both internal & external
