Lead Salesforce Developer

We are seeking to hire an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a Dublin-based client as Lead Developer. This will involve contributing to architecture design for Salesforce solutions and leading a team of Salesforce Developers.

Duties:

• Contributing to architecture design and mitigating constraints
• Interacting with multiple clients in order to design solutions with quality user experience
• Leading and mentoring a team of Salesforce Developers to implement solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Integrating Salesforce solutions with different systems

Requirements:

• Experience with various Clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• A strong background in Salesforce Development with the experience of acting as a lead on at least one Salesforce implementation
• Experience of working with an Agile environment, delivering projects
• Experience with Lightning UI and Lightning development frameworks
• Relevant Salesforce certifications are desirable
