Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of various high-impact projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget
• Mitigate project risk, ensuring smooth project workflows
• Drive adherence to project management methodologies, including SDLC processes
• Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient project implementation 
• Continuously monitor and improve processes 

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager, ideally within IT or a related sector
• Understanding of project management frameworks and tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana)
• Certified PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management qualification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is highly desirable

Skills & Qualities:

• Leadership and communication skills 
• Understanding of enterprise-level IT systems, infrastructure, and software development lifecycles
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) 
• Problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions in a timely manner
• Track record in managing multiple stakeholders and facilitating positive team dynamics
