Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
• Manage multiple, large-scale projects
• Implement various PM methodologies, mitigating risks & optimising project delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
• Foster positive relations with external stakeholders
• Maintain high-quality standards for all deliverables, exceeding client expectations

Requirements:

• 5+ years project management experience, ideally in financial services
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello)
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred, but not essential (experience will be considered in lieu of certifications)
• Experience in regulated environments and knowledge of SDLC processes

Skills:

• Communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of financial systems and IT infrastructure
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
