Project Manager - Financial Services

Join a leading financial services firm in Dublin as a Project Manager, driving key initiatives in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage impactful projects that shape financial operations and client services.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget, managing multiple large-scale projects.
• Implement various PM methodologies, depending on what projects require, mitigating risks & optimising project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, as well as fostering positive relations with external stakeholders.
• Maintain high-quality standards for all deliverables, exceeding client expectations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in financial services.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred, but not essential (experience will be considered in lieu of certifications).
• Experience in regulated environments and knowledge of SDLC processes.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and IT infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
