Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer II to join our client's team in the healthcare industry. Applicants should have a strong background in ServiceNow administration and development, particularly with ITSM, HRSD, ITBM modules, and possess expertise in JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
• Implement and optimize ITSM, HRSD, and ITBM modules within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Utilize your expertise in JavaScript to develop custom scripts and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to continuously improve platform capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Ideally, 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and ability to develop custom scripts and workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• CSA and CAD, and any CIS certifications strongly preferred
• Background in Healthcare preferred
