Agile Delivery Manager

I'm currently recruiting for an exciting client looking for an Agile Delivery Manager.

12 Months Initial Contract, hybrid role with highly flexible working arrangement.

Qualifications:

• Required: 5+ years of IT Scrum Master experience, with proven Project Management expertise.
• Preferred: Scrum Master certification.
• Required: Extensive experience working with IT delivery teams and strong business stakeholder engagement.
• Required: 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and manage the deployment of technology solutions with medium-scale complexity, ensuring innovation, scalability, and compliance with best practices to support business and client goals.
• Oversee day-to-day execution, planning, and reporting for non-agile initiatives, ensuring effective implementation.
• Act as a change agent, promoting agile methodologies within Technology, focusing on building high-performing teams and removing obstacles to deliver quality solutions.
• Escalate risks and impediments, driving continuous improvement and value delivery.
• Serve as a servant leader, coaching squads on Scrum practices and sharing responsibility for initiative delivery in an agile framework.
• Proactively identify and mitigate impediments to ensure consistent velocity and flow of work.
• Foster relationships with team members, release train engineers, portfolio/product owners, and other support teams to ensure business value delivery.
• Define and track goals, quality measures, and productivity metrics, while promoting continuous improvement.
• Manage governance, reporting, and monitoring activities according to the delivery framework.
• Seek guidance from senior resources when needed and mentor others in their skills development.
