Agile Delivery Manager

I'm currently recruiting for an exciting client looking for an Agile Delivery Manager.

12 months initial contract.

Hybrid role with highly flexible working arrangement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years IT Scrum Master experience, with proven Project Management expertise
• Extensive experience working with IT delivery teams and strong business stakeholder engagement
• 5+ years experience in the Financial Services industry
• Scrum Master certification preferred

Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and manage the deployment of technology solutions with medium-scale complexity
• Oversee day-to-day execution, planning, and reporting for non-agile initiatives
• Act as a change agent, promoting agile methodologies within technology, focusing on building high-performing teams and removing obstacles to deliver quality solutions.
• Escalate risks and impediments
• Serve as a servant leader, coaching squads on Scrum practices and sharing responsibility for initiative delivery in an agile framework
• Proactively identify and mitigate impediments 
• Foster relationships with team members, release train engineers, portfolio/product owners, and other support teams 
• Define and track goals, quality measures, and productivity metrics
• Manage governance, reporting, and monitoring activities according to the delivery framework
• Seek guidance from senior resources when needed and mentor others in their skills development

This is an immediate interview with an immediate start where applicable.
