ServiceNow Developer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in ITSM and ITOM. This position offers an opportunity to build, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications, focusing on CMDB management, service mapping, and automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM).
• Implement CMDB management and service mapping to enhance operational efficiency.
• Design and maintain custom workflows, business rules, and UI actions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using APIs and web services.
• Support upgrades and platform maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript is required, with working understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with CMDB management, service mapping, and process automation is highly preferred.
• CSA - Certified System Administrator
• CAD - Certified Application Developer
• CIS - Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, or other modules)
