QA Testing Specialist

Hybrid Role

As a QA Testing Specialist, you will be supporting multiple projects by working with others to understand certain requirements, developing test plans and also be able to create and implement integrated E2E tests.

Objectives:

• Plan and create test arrangements in a cross-functional, agile environment.
• Distinguish, assess, and oversee the documentation and deliverables required for each project testing.
• Guide junior QA engineers and manual testers.
• Put a training programme in place for manual testers to help them in moving to an automation role.
• Distinguish and propose process improvements and increase delivery speed in our automation.
• Take part in the preparing and upskilling of modern and more junior colleagues.

Qualifications and skills include:

• Black box and white box testing expertise.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in test management tools including XRray and JIRA.
• Good understanding of markup languages like CSS and HTML.
• Be able to use new processes and practices.
• Quick solution thinker and proactive
• Be able to show that you can lead and work as part of a wider team
