QA Testing Specialist

Hybrid - Dublin, Ireland

As a QA Testing Specialist, you will be supporting multiple projects by working with others to understand certain requirements, developing test plans.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and create test arrangements in a cross-functional, agile environment
• Find, assess and oversee the documentation and variables that are required for each project testing
• Put a training programme in place for manual testers to help them in moving to an automation role
• Distinguish and propose process improvements and increase delivery speed in our automation

Qualifications and Skills:

• Black box and white box testing expertise
• Extensive knowledge and experience in test management tools including XRray and JIRA
• Good understanding of markup languages like CSS and HTML
• Be able to use new processes and practices
• Quick solution thinker and proactivity
• Be able to show that you can lead and work as part of a wider team
• Experience leading and managing juniors and coach them to work effectively and proactively is a bonus
