Software Test Engineer

Dublin, Ireland - Hybrid role

As a Software Test Engineer, you will lead the automated testing effort to guarantee the quality of our client's state-of-the-art platform, while working with stakeholders, product managers, and software engineers.

To handle the intricate problems of fraud detection, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance, testing and quality assurance throughout the software development life cycle, including API and accessibility testing, will fall within this role.

Responsibilities:

• Research new technologies, including hands-on technical evaluation and proof of concepts
• Deliver proactive solutions when working with other software engineers, product managers and UI/UX designers
• Come up with and take part in documentation with the highest of quality
• Any triage system issues like debugging, logging and documenting bugs that are found during tests
• Familiarity with regression testing and Agile frameworks

Experience and skills include:

• 4+ years' experience working with Java Test and Automation frameworks like JUnit and Cucumber
• Experience working Functional UI Testing frameworks like Selenium and Cypress
• Experience with test-case management tools like TestRail, Xray and Zephyr
• Be able to use issue-tracking tools like JIRA and Bugzilla
• Have 3+ years of experience working in Agile Scrum teams
