Lead Systems Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Systems Engineer to oversee our client's design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise systems. This role involves leading a team of engineers, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of systems engineers.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level infrastructure.
• Ensure system security, stability, and efficiency through best practices.
• Manage cloud environments, virtualization, and on-premises systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business needs.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Systems Engineer, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows environments and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Puppet).
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
