NetSuite Administrator

As a NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our client's NetSuite platform, ensuring it aligns with their operational needs and strategic goals. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can work across departments to streamline processes, manage integrations, and ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure the NetSuite platform 
• Manage day-to-day NetSuite operations, including user access, permissions, and security settings
• Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related issues
• Implement system enhancements and lead customizations using SuiteScript, workflows, and other tools
• Ensure data accuracy through routine audits, imports, and updates
• Collaborate with various departments, such as finance, operations, and supply chain, to streamline processes and optimize system performance
• Manage third-party integrations and data migrations using tools like Celigo or Boomi
• Maintain up-to-date system documentation and provide user training when necessary

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a NetSuite Administrator in a manufacturing or related industry
• Knowledge of SuiteScript, workflows, and other customization tools
• Experience with inventory management, finance, or WMS modules in NetSuite
• Proficiency in managing third-party integrations, ideally with tools like Celigo or Boomi
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred
• NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation) are a plus
