As a NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our client's NetSuite platform, ensuring it aligns with their operational needs and strategic goals. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can work across departments to streamline processes, manage integrations, and ensure data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure the NetSuite platform
- Manage day-to-day NetSuite operations, including user access, permissions, and security settings
- Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related issues
- Implement system enhancements and lead customizations using SuiteScript, workflows, and other tools
- Ensure data accuracy through routine audits, imports, and updates
- Collaborate with various departments, such as finance, operations, and supply chain, to streamline processes and optimize system performance
- Manage third-party integrations and data migrations using tools like Celigo or Boomi
- Maintain up-to-date system documentation and provide user training when necessary
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience as a NetSuite Administrator in a manufacturing or related industry
- Knowledge of SuiteScript, workflows, and other customization tools
- Experience with inventory management, finance, or WMS modules in NetSuite
- Proficiency in managing third-party integrations, ideally with tools like Celigo or Boomi
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation) are a plus
