We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our client's team in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of hands-on experience in the development and design of ServiceNow solutions, with a preferred background in ITSM and ITOM. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, design solutions, and implement custom workflows and modules that align with business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and solution design.
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM) are required.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience working with ServiceNow development tools (e.g., Flow Designer, Workflow Editor).
- Experience in document design for business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with ITOM modules is a plus.
