Business Analyst - 24 Month FTC

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)

Responsibilities

• Process Reviews & Requirement analyses. 
• Building templates, reports and dashboards.
• Develop practical solutions to enhance operational productivity.
• Provide training and support to end-users, while assessing organisational impacts.

Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline - relevant experience can be considered in lieu.
• Min. 3+ years' of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in varied environments.
• Previous experience in the telecommunications sector is desirable.
• Highly proficient in each: Salesforce, Excel, and Visio.
• Proven experience of conducting UAT.
