Senior Software Engineer

My client, a Dublin-based consultancy, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their dynamic team and bring transformative change to clients across Europe and beyond. The successful candidate must be able to facilitate weekly office requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and high-performance backend services and APIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring alignment of client objectives with internal business functions
• Ensure best practices in software development and high standards in code
• Monitor and optimise software performance, improving key processes

Requirements: 

• Minimum 6 years industry experience with Java, Spring framework, and SQL databases
• Proficient with AWS cloud services, including EKS, S3, and Lambda
• Previous experience collaborating with stakeholders
• Experienced working closely with a small, focused team of engineers
• Beneficial to have experience working with Python and Spark
