Job Title: NetSuite Project Manager (Contract - $70/hour)

Rate: $70/hour
Contract Length: 3 months (with potential for extension)
Job Description:
My client is seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager for a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will work across both NetSuite implementations and managed services projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex ERP projects within a NetSuite environment and a proven ability to deliver on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementation projects, from scoping and planning through to execution and delivery.
- Manage ongoing managed services projects, ensuring system enhancements, support, and optimizations are executed smoothly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Oversee project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and end-users, to meet project goals.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Provide regular status updates and ensure clear communication across stakeholders and team members.
- Ensure customizations, configurations, and integrations align with business needs and best practices.
- Conduct post-implementation and service reviews to assess success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of project management experience in a NetSuite environment.
- Strong ability to manage both ERP implementations and ongoing managed services projects.
- Expertise in NetSuite modules, customizations, and integrations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and client expectations.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus but not required.
