This role involves working closely with development officers, campaign managers, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making and effective fundraising strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Salesforce CRMA and Tableau, and a deep understanding of fundraising metrics and processes.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role, preferably in a fundraising or non-profit environment.
- Strong knowledge of fundraising metrics, donor lifecycle management, and campaign performance indicators preferred.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce CRMA), SQL and SAQL, and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python).
- Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Ascend) and database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Data Management:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of fundraising data by performing regular data audits, identifying gaps in the data and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and data management teams to improve data collection, cleansing, storage, and retrieval processes.
- Manage the integration of data from various sources, including CRM systems, financial databases, and external data providers.
- Ensure that SFDC Local is being populated with the correct objects and fields and monitor the Sync for errors
