Role:
The Project Manager will join a high-performing PMO team, leading projects from inception through completion. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and budget targets. Strong client management and communication skills are essential, as you'll be instrumental in building relationships that drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, aligning deliverables with client needs, schedules, and budgets
- Apply Agile methodology to oversee scope, timeline, and risk management
- Lead collaboration between teams to facilitate efficient problem-solving and communication
- Support Agile processes, including sprint planning and stand-ups, to enhance team performance
- Establish and maintain client relationships, proactively resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Anticipate and mitigate project risks, maintaining focus on successful delivery
Essential Criteria:
- 2-5 years of project delivery experience on mid-to-large scale projects across diverse sectors
- Proven leadership in cross-functional environments, successfully guiding projects to achieve objectives
- Expertise in stakeholder management with a focus on conflict resolution and relationship-building
- Knowledge of digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and emerging tech trends
- Familiarity with Agile methodology; certifications are a plus
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently
