Location: RTP Area of NC - (Anyone willing to relocate to this area, please mention directly on your resume).
I am working with a company in the RTP Area of North Carolina that is on the lookout for an experienced Embedded Firmware Engineer. They have successfully launched themselves into the medical technology industry with an organization size of less than 300!
They specialize in medical technology, and even offer lab or production floor cites. You will be responsible for directly reporting to the Director, while working in a small team of around 5-8 people. Their need comes from the large number of projects to be completed in the next 2 years with their customers increasing steadily.
Requirements:
- Engineer, with a combination of Electrical Engineering & Embedded Software Skills.
- 8+ years of experience in this area.
- The need is for the coding & software factor, but an understanding of what electrical engineers do is a plus!
- Coding with C on microcontrollers, C++ (Versions 13-20) and Python.
- Background in electronics, automotive… especially with touch screens is HIGHLY preferred.
- Engineer with mentorship or leadership background would be advantageous.
This position is on site in the RTP area, and they work a standard 9AM - 5PM day. You will have flexibility in this position in their brand new office buildings that include: production labs, individual workspaces, and team meeting rooms.
