Salesforce Development Lead

Dublin (Hybrid)

Contract Length: 6-12 Months

Our Dublin-based client is looking for a Salesforce Development Lead to guide their development team and drive the hands-on execution of critical projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the architecture, design, and coding of high-impact Salesforce solutions
• Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative atmosphere
• Partner closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality solutions on time
• Drive enhancements to improve efficiency, functionality, and system integration across Salesforce products
• Leverage Salesforce best practices to architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and timelines effectively to cross-functional teams

Qualifications 

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role
• Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer II preferred)
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integration experience using REST and SOAP APIs
• Strong experience in managing and mentoring development teams, with a collaborative, solutions-driven approach
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective, high-quality Salesforce solutions
