Client/Role

Our client, a global leader in the professional services industry, are seeking an experienced senior Project/Programme Manager to come into their consulting/transformations department.

Their current team thrives on innovation and collaboration, working across a variety of sectors to help their clients achieve their strategic goals. If you are an experienced Senior Programme Manager with a background in utilities and/or healthcare, and a passion for delivering impactful change, this could be the job for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex transformation programmes ensuring delivery meets time, cost, and quality expectations while driving value through effective governance and benefits realisation.
  • Collaborate with clients to design operating models, implement change initiatives, and manage stakeholder engagement across diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on programme delivery, leveraging expertise in business process transformation, digital enablement, and risk management.
  • Mentor and coach project teams while contributing to business development, creating innovative proposals, and shaping thought leadership across the client's service offerings.

Required Experience 

  • A proven track record (8+ years) in programme or project management, with experience delivering complex, large-scale transformation programmes in utilities or healthcare sectors.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate and align complex, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, resource management, and benefits realization frameworks.
  • Professional qualifications such as PMP / PRINCE2, or similar; additional expertise in Agile methodologies and Lean Six Sigma is desirable.
  • A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., engineering, business, or a related field) and a solid understanding of programme management best practices.
