Our client is searching for an IT Support Technician to join their Dublin team. In this role, you'll provide Level 2 support across a range of Windows and Microsoft environments, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to system maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for Windows and Office 365 environments, including user management in Active Directory
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Support network connectivity issues and assist with firewall and VPN troubleshooting
- Document and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Collaborate on system upgrades and software deployment projects
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in IT support, with a focus on Windows and Office 365
- Familiarity with Active Directory and networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator is preferred
