Reperio is working with a small but well-established company in the retail sector who are looking to add to their Data Science and AI team going into 2025.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying advanced ML models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions that inform business strategy, optimise performance, and enhance customer experiences. You will also conduct complex data analysis, create visualizations, and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD preferred) in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years experience in data science or machine learning roles, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL
- Strong understanding of key machine learning libraries (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong background in statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and optimisation techniques
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
