The Role:
The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining & expanding their product offering. This role is not about micromanaging the teams output or creating endless user stories. It's about being the glue that brings together product vision, customer insight, and team execution, making cross-functional leadership an instrumental ability for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Design and prioritize impactful solutions that address key user challenges
- Partner with designers and engineers to support strong product decisions
- Coach teams on communicating product benefits clearly to customers and stakeholders
- Develop documentation to convey new features' value and monitor product impact through research
- Shape a strategic roadmap that meets current needs while supporting long-term growth
What we are looking for:
- Worked at a B2B SaaS startup and can demonstrate tangible outcomes from your contributions
- Knowledge of the hospitality, POS, or inventory management industry is a plus
- You can see the bigger picture, think strategically, validate assumptions, and help us develop a standout product
- Effective cross-functional team working ability, helping designers and engineers to excel
- Clear communication is essential, especially in a hybrid setup
