Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, including custom fields, workflows, scripts, and configurations.
Oversee system updates, patches, and performance tuning to support business functions such as manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.
Implement and monitor change management processes to maintain system integrity and functionality.
Provide hands-on support for users across departments, addressing technical issues and user requests efficiently.
Collaborate with department leads to tailor system configurations to operational needs, ensuring accurate role and permission setups.
Conduct training sessions to empower users and maintain seamless day-to-day operations.
Maintain data quality through regular audits and migration activities like extraction, transformation, and loading.
Develop custom dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights on sales, inventory, and financial metrics.
Work with internal teams and external vendors to implement new features and integrations, particularly in eCommerce, CRM, and inventory management.
Ensure integrations between NetSuite and external systems are stable and support operational goals.
Partner with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to align system capabilities with business objectives.
Lead NetSuite-related projects, including new module implementations and system upgrades, ensuring timely delivery and smooth execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as IT, Finance, or Business, or equivalent experience.
3 years of experience managing NetSuite, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules, especially finance, inventory, and order management.
Experience with SuiteScript or SuiteFlow is a plus.
Familiarity with third-party integrations (e.g., eCommerce platforms, logistics tools) and supply chain processes.
Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across departments.
