Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, including custom fields, workflows, scripts, and configurations.
- Oversee system updates, patches, and performance tuning to support business functions such as manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.
- Implement and monitor change management processes to maintain system integrity and functionality.
- Provide hands-on support for users across departments, addressing technical issues and user requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with department leads to tailor system configurations to operational needs, ensuring accurate role and permission setups.
- Conduct training sessions to empower users and maintain seamless day-to-day operations.
- Maintain data quality through regular audits and migration activities like extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Develop custom dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights on sales, inventory, and financial metrics.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to implement new features and integrations, particularly in eCommerce, CRM, and inventory management.
- Ensure integrations between NetSuite and external systems are stable and support operational goals.
- Partner with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to align system capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead NetSuite-related projects, including new module implementations and system upgrades, ensuring timely delivery and smooth execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as IT, Finance, or Business, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience managing NetSuite, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules, especially finance, inventory, and order management.
- Experience with SuiteScript or SuiteFlow is a plus.
- Familiarity with third-party integrations (e.g., eCommerce platforms, logistics tools) and supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across departments.
