Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance user experience by refining NetSuite roles, workflows, and dashboards
• Provide expert user support, conduct training sessions, and create detailed documentation for NetSuite ERP processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement system enhancements within NetSuite
• Develop and customize reports, saved searches, and dashboards to ensure accurate, actionable business insights
• Assist departments in following best practices for data entry, system usage, and workflow optimization within NetSuite

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience administering and customizing NetSuite ERP
• Strong experience with NetSuite roles, permissions, forms, workflows, and reporting
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently
• Experience driving process improvements and assisting in system enhancements
• Excellent interpersonal skills for training, user support, and collaboration with business teams
