ServiceNow Practice Lead

Role Summary:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Practice Leader with a robust background in platform design, architecture, and development, to shape the strategic use of the ServiceNow platform. This role demands hands-on expertise and leadership to deliver cutting-edge workflow solutions that support key business and IT initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design, development, and strategic implementation of ServiceNow to support operational goals
• Develop and execute advanced solutions within modules like ITSM, while ensuring their integration and scalability
• Establish and uphold high-quality development standards, leveraging JavaScript and best practices for ServiceNow configurations
• Provide technical leadership to project teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of ServiceNow implementations
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to transform business needs into robust technical specifications for deployment
• Oversee platform updates, maintaining alignment with compliance, security, and organizational standards

Requirements:

• 8-10 years experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture
• Proven success leading ServiceNow projects, including managing development teams and deploying complex systems
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and other development tools
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) are strongly preferred
• Experience in designing scalable and operationally excellent ServiceNow solutions
• Hybrid role with occasional on-site requirements in Washington, D.C
