ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow solutions for our client. This role will require a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices, as well as the ability to align business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, Service Portal, and CMDB.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide strategic guidance.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and optimize solutions for performance and maintainability.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and ensure project deliverables meet high standards.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years ServiceNow architecture experience, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful implementations
• Proficient in ITSM, Service Portal, and CMDB modules
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are highly preferred

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and integration capabilities
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, and other ServiceNow development tools
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and frameworks
