ServiceNow ITOM Developer

We are on the search for a ServiceNow Developer that has extensive experience in the ITOM space. You will be working across multiple areas of the Software space from design to support. A key focus area will be on the ServiceNow Discovery process.

Another key focus area will be in the ITSM space assisting with the implementation of new systems and projects.

This is role is based in Boston and will work to a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform, primarily focusing on ITOM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Implement best practices and solutions to ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and support for ServiceNow-related issues and requests.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to continuously improve platform capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in design, development and implementation of ITOM Discovery
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITSM certs are an advantage
• Strong understanding of tech related to ServiceNow, JavaScript, GlideScript, Web Services
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good grasp on database design.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
