Technical Project Manager - Cork

Location: Cork, Ireland (Hybrid Working)
Client: Large Multinational

I am seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Project Manager with a strong technical background in infrastructure (networks & compute) who has worked in a highly regulated environment (SOX compliant).

The role is based in Cork with a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

Role Overview

As IT Project Manager, you will:

• Lead project planning, design, and execution, managing risks, stakeholders, and escalations.
• Deliver governance decks, status updates, and comprehensive project communications.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and drive progress across multiple workstreams.
• Provide consulting support and align global IT initiatives with the company's strategy.
• Ensure adherence to audit controls, manage project pipelines, and integrate new policies.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience in global organizations.
• Expertise in Waterfall and Agile methodologies and managing multiple projects.
• Proficiency in tools like Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Office 365.
• Technical knowledge in infrastructure (Network & Compute), SAP Warehouse Management Systems, and IT delivery projects.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• A PMP or PMI qualification and proven ability to influence in matrixed environments.
