Senior QA Automation Tester - 12 Month rolling contract

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)

About the Role:
Joining a local Public Sector company as a Senior QA Automation Tester. You'll contribute to the quality assurance of critical projects by developing robust automation strategies, ensuring smooth API testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional automation scripts using C#.
• Define, document, and implement QA strategies alongside cross-functional teams.
• Lead API testing efforts and contribute to test planning and execution.
• Enhance testing frameworks and collaborate with teams to improve processes and tools.
• Produce clear documentation, including test strategies, test plans, and exit reports.
• Assist in mocking services and designing test cases in BDD/ATDD environments.
• Drive source control and continuous improvements in tooling and processes.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in C# and strong experience in API automation.
• Background in test planning, test execution, and documentation.
• Familiarity with BDD/ATDD delivery environments and source control tools.
• Knowledge of QA tooling and strategy development in complex environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams effectively.
