Business Analyst - NetSuite

Reperio is looking for a Business Analyst (NetSuite) in Phoenix AZ, with experience supporting end-users in Procurement and Accounting Operations. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize system setups, create saved searches, troubleshoot and debug scripts and workflows, and perform ad-hoc analyses to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify recurring themes in customer requirements, uncover system gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance the existing landscape.
• Act as a liaison between business users and enterprise technology teams, offering support during technical implementations, customization efforts, and other critical initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including business use cases, process diagrams, and report prototypes, and lead user acceptance testing by creating and validating test cases.
• Track project progress, proactively identify risks or roadblocks, and escalate issues to management when necessary to drive timely resolutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of functional experience supporting users in Accounting, Operations, Procurement, or other internal teams using NetSuite ERP for workflows, saved searches, scripts, and ad-hoc configurations.
• A strong ability to analyze and bridge current and future business requirements, helping end-users maximize NetSuite's functionality to streamline processes like Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working with partners to gather requirements, address root causes, and propose system improvements.
• Expertise in creating operational dashboards and prioritizing system enhancement backlogs, along with managing bug fixes.
• Experience leading and managing teams, including remote collaboration.
• A solid understanding of NetSuite's customization capabilities and their downstream impacts, particularly in accounting processes like General Ledger integration.
