Our clients, a global company at the forefront of Ireland's digital/industrial innovation, are actively searching for experienced Project Managers to help build out their PMO team. With aspirations of doubling their operations over the next 2 years, this is an amazing opportunity to get in at the ground floor of a rapidly growing organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Operations) to define project scope, develop and execute project plans, and track progress.
- Employ Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to drive iterative development, foster collaboration, and maximize project agility.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, proactively address issues, and implement effective change management strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives, leveraging data and feedback to enhance project delivery methodologies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a Project Manager position is required, but varies dependent on the level you are applying for:
- 2+ years for junior level.
- 4-6 years for mid-level.
- 7+ years for senior level.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a high-performing culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
