Our client is looking for someone to work alongside business owners and a wider product team to define a variety of issues and drive information led progress in the project, whilst adhering to company policies. While this is not a data role, successful candidate will work alongside the data team with focus on interpretation, documentation and presentation of summarised information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Business requirement gathering
• Supporting Lead BA in a variety of activities including: implementation & documentation of reusable , full cycle error resolutions.
• Manage and maintain resolution strategies ensuring documentation is complete, accurate and in line with company policy. 

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience as a BA, in a commercial environment. 
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Experience in presenting and communicating between business teams and technical departments.
• Relevant academic qualification or certification.
