Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting, and closing deals.
- Tailor innovative solutions to meet client-specific needs using a consultative sales approach.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Utilize data to refine sales strategies, identify trends, and enhance performance.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Key Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and generating a strong pipeline.
- Expertise in SaaS, FinTech, or technology-related sales.
- Skilled in consultative, complex sales with a data-driven approach.
- High accountability and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in logistics or factoring is a plus but not required.
