NetSuite Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Consultant with a strong background in accounting and financial processes to support a fast-growing, multi-brand business. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work on a contract basis, bringing immediate value by optimizing the organization's NetSuite platform and contributing to critical financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and enhance NetSuite to support multi-subsidiary operations and business growth.
• Build workflows, reports, and dashboards to improve financial tracking and operational insights.
• Perform essential accounting tasks, including month-end close, billing, and cash flow management.
• Manage the creation of budgets and financial models.
• Ensure the accuracy of revenue recognition and oversee accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system improvement opportunities.
• Provide user training and ongoing support to promote effective NetSuite usage.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements to streamline operations.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience working with NetSuite in a consulting or administrative capacity.
• Strong accounting experience, including financial reporting, budgeting, and month-end close.
• Experience in multi-subsidiary NetSuite setups, including intercompany transactions.
• Knowledge of financial planning, cash flow management, and investor reporting.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly and deliver in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
