ServiceNow Practice Lead

We are seeking a leader to build and grow a ServiceNow-focused practice, driving business development, strategic delivery, and innovation. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong focus on cultivating client relationships to enhance digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead strategies to design and deliver ServiceNow solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the client portfolio.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering relationships to maximize platform adoption and satisfaction.
• Promote thought leadership by staying updated on ServiceNow capabilities and market trends.

Requirements: 

• Extensive experience in IT consulting and ServiceNow leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules, platform architecture, and scalable solution design.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects.
• Strong business development acumen, with a track record of growing practices or teams.
• ServiceNow certifications and familiarity with emerging technologies are advantageous.
• Experience working in the federal sector is a plus.
