Our client is a leading global provider of investment and financial services software, serving a diverse clientele across the globe. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager Consultant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and supporting innovative solutions for their clients in the transfer agency, fund accounting, and administration domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of new product offerings and enhancements.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Utilise strong technical expertise to solve complex problems and implement new technologies.
  • Lead and mentor product teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Champion user-centric design principles to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on transfer agency, fund accounting, and administration.
  • Proven experience leading and managing product teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and anticipate industry trends.

Desirable: 

  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations within the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
