We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Expert with 4-6 years of expertise in ServiceNow product management. The ideal candidate will lead a team of ServiceNow professionals, serving as the primary point of contact for aligning the platform's strategy and roadmap with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a proven ability to deliver value through the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the ServiceNow strategy and roadmap, aligning it with organizational goals.
• Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of new ServiceNow modules and updates, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational standards.
• Monitor platform performance, user adoption, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow product updates, market trends, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in ServiceNow product management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to align platform capabilities with business needs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS, CSA) are highly desirable.
